How to Report a Problem

General Rules

For emergencies involving water, sewer, or street maintenance, no matter what time of day or night call 540-338-7700 and a Loudoun County dispatcher will answer your call in order to notify the appropriate personnel.

For all other emergencies call 911.

For non-emergency calls during normal office hours (Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm).

For the Mayor, Town Council, Town Manager or Administrative Office, dial ext. 3-3-3.

For the Planning & Zoning Department, dial 3-3-1.

For the Finance Department, dial ext. 3-1-1.

For the Public Works Department, dial ext. 3-1-3.

For non-emergency Maintenance Department matters, dial ext. 3-1-4.

And for all administrative Police matters, please hang up and dial 338-7422.

For non-emergency calls outside of normal office hours.
